As you wake up every day – do you go into automatic pilot – you know the feeling – get up, stop at the bathroom, have breakfast, brush your teeth, get dressed and go to … work, school, etc… Now my question is this – are you really living? Ok so you repeat this pattern 5 days a week and then for 2 days – you might sleep in, stay out late, get up early, jog, swim, surf, meditate, eat at café’s and generally energise your life.
In those 2 examples – which of those are you actually living and which do you just exist?
There is a choice that must be made every day when you awaken. What will I do today to LIVE?
Now I know that the world is a very busy place during the week, I also know that you cannot always sleep in during the week too. So to help integrate living into your life – try 1 thing a week – so pick something that you love to do at the weekends and do it during the week – now this may mean you have to get a baby sitter, or the kids stay up late one night, or… or… or… or any number of reasons against it. When you hear those reasons saying no – ask yourself 1 question.
What needs to happen for me to say YES?
You will be surprised at the answers.
So JUST SAY YES & see what happens…
